Michael Hoffer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management and community leadership. Currently retired, Michael Hoffer has served on the Historic Zoning Commission for the City of Maryville Government since January 2017. Previously, Michael Hoffer was the Executive Director of R Ranch Owners Association Inc. from October 2014 to November 2017, where oversight was provided for the operations of an 830-acre private ranch. Michael Hoffer also held the position of Senior Property Manager at Cousins Properties Incorporated from June 1999 to October 2010, managing high-rise office buildings including Bank of America Plaza and One Ninety One Peachtree Tower. Michael Hoffer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Marketing and Management from the University of West Georgia between 1968 and 1971.
