Craig Lamothe is an experienced transportation planning professional with a robust background in project management and urban planning. Currently serving as the Director and Project Manager for the Purple Line Bus Rapid Transit Project at the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities, Craig has previously held various roles within the organization, including Transitway Planning Manager. Additionally, Craig is a Planning Commissioner for the City of Maple Grove, Minnesota, contributing to long-range planning and zoning issues. With prior experience as a Senior Transportation Planner at HNTB and extensive involvement in the Southwest Light Rail Transit project, Craig holds a Master's degree in Urban & Regional Planning from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Government from St. Lawrence University.
