Andrew Stromme is an experienced city planner currently serving in that role for the City of Mandan since April 2021, previously holding positions as Principal Planner and Mobility Associate at Bedrock Detroit from August 2019 to April 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Community Development Intern for the City of Bismarck from June 2017 to January 2019, where responsibilities involved data collection, project management, and public speaking. Additionally, Andrew served as Homecoming Events Chair for the Student Events Team from March 2016 to January 2017, focusing on event planning and leadership. Andrew holds a degree in Urban and Regional Studies with a focus on Geography and a GIS Certificate from Minnesota State University, Mankato, graduating in 2019.
