Ryan Cerny is an experienced building inspector with a demonstrated history of working in municipal settings. Since November 2019, Ryan has been serving as the Supervising Building Inspector for the City of Malibu, previously holding the role of Senior Building Inspector. Prior to this position, Ryan worked for the City of Ventura from November 2015 to November 2019, also as a Senior Building Inspector, showcasing a solid foundation in building inspection and compliance within local government agencies.
