Lauren Traphagen is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as an HR Systems Specialist for the City of Lynchburg since February 2022, Lauren previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Freedom Aviation, Inc. from February 2015 to February 2022, where responsibilities included compliance, hiring, drug and alcohol program management, benefits administration, payroll, and employee relations. Earlier in their career, Lauren worked as a Front Desk Coordinator at Virginia Aviation from 2007 to January 2015. Lauren holds a Master's degree from Liberty University and a Bachelor's degree from Troy University.
