Evan Walsh is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at the City of Lowell's Lowell Regional Wastewater Utility since February 2013, Evan has held various roles including Engineering Supervisor and Staff Engineer. Prior to this, Evan worked as a Transportation Engineer at VHB from 2012 to 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Civil Engineering obtained from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2012 and a Bachelor of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the same institution in 2011.
