Shawn Hartness currently serves as the Assistant Public Works Director for the City of Loveland, Ohio, since June 2023. With extensive experience in public works, Shawn has been an Accreditation Site Assessment Team Leader and Evaluator for the American Public Works Association since 2011 and 2013, respectively. Prior to this role, Shawn held the position of Assistant Service Director at Union Township, Clermont County, Ohio, from June 1991 until June 2023. Shawn earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Thomas More University between 2005 and 2008.
