Monica Bousfield is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Currently serving as a Human Resources Administrator for the City of Longmont since June 2020, Monica has previously held roles such as Human Resources Technician at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Human Resource Administrative Assistant at the City of Longmont. Prior to their HR-focused positions, Monica worked as Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond and held the same role at Babies R Us, effectively managing payroll, employee performance, and operational processes. Monica Bousfield holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Regis University and a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University.
