Alden Jenkins has over 15 years of experience in civil engineering and project management. Since November 2012, Alden has served as a Senior Civil Engineer for the City of Longmont, taking on design and long-range planning duties. Previously, Alden was a Public Works and Natural Resources Project Manager, overseeing capital improvement projects from design through construction closeout. Alden's earlier experience includes roles as an Office Engineer, Quality Control Engineer, and Field Engineer at Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where responsibilities included project coordination, contract management, and quality assurance. Alden also interned at Alexandher Building Co., focusing on project proposals and cost estimates, and began a career in technical support as a Laser Cartridge Technician. Alden holds a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
