Joe Ambrosini currently serves as the Director of Human Resources for the City of Long Beach, a position held since April 2021. Prior to this role, Joe was the Director of Human Resources at Cosumnes Community Services District from April 2019 to April 2021 and served as a Labor Relations Officer for Butte County between February 2017 and April 2019. Joe's experience also includes positions as Director of Human Resources at Olympia Medical Center and various roles at St. Rose Hospital, including Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Analyst. Joe holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Mary's College of California and a B.S. in Health Administration from California State University, Chico.
