Jonathan Chapman is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Information Technology for the City of London Police, where responsibilities include overseeing ICT operations and driving digital transformation for over 1,600 personnel. Prior to this, Jonathan worked as Programme Portfolio Lead at the City of London Corporation, managing a diverse range of technology projects and enhancing stakeholder engagement. Jonathan's background also includes significant contributions to the National Police Chiefs' Council as Business Lead and Intelligence SME, where new national technology platforms were implemented across multiple organizations. Earlier roles included Intelligence Officer with Counter Terrorism Policing, focusing on national security during critical events like the 2012 Olympics, and extensive service as a Police Officer for the Metropolitan Police, which involved managing high-profile incidents.
