Diogo Magalhaes, MBA, PfMP, PMP, DAVSC, DASSM, currently serves as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at the City of London, Canada, focusing on enhancing project management capabilities through industry standards and frameworks. With ownership of DR Solucoes since 2002, Diogo manages technology solutions encompassing project delivery and value management. Previous roles include Technology Project Manager at the City of Kitchener and leadership positions at PMI-CTT, including Immediate Past President and Board Director. Diogo has a solid background in academia as a consultant at the University of Waterloo and a project manager at CECOM/UFMG.
