Billy Sevier has extensive experience in procurement and purchasing, currently serving as a Procurement Officer and previously as a Procurement Specialist for the City of London, Canada, since June 2010. Prior to that, Billy held the position of Senior Buyer at Sparton Corporation from August 2000 to February 2009. Educational qualifications include studies at Fanshawe College.
