Jessica Ford currently serves as the County Administrator for Lucas County, a position held since 2023. Prior to this role, Jessica held various positions at Lucas County from 2011 to 2022, including Deputy County Administrator, Senior Project Manager, Chief Deputy Recorder, and Executive Assistant. Earlier in Jessica's career, a tenure at the Ohio Treasurer of State was marked by the role of Regional Community Affairs Director from 2009 to 2011. Jessica is an alumna of the University of Michigan.
