Alexander Amiot is an experienced media production specialist with a diverse background in video and audio project creation, event support, and technical operations. Currently serving as a PEG Production Specialist for the City of Lompoc since September 2021, Alexander manages public broadcasting and radio stations while creating multimedia content for the city. In addition, experience includes roles as a Stagehand at California Polytechnic State University, where support involves managing audio and visual equipment, and as a Quality Control Technician for Simple DCP, overseeing the post-production process for films. Alexander has also worked as a Videographer/Editor for Santa Maria Healing Rooms, capturing and editing live events, and serves as a Cablecast Operator for KCBXnet, recording city meetings. Earlier roles include a Video Production Intern at Fall Productions and a Sound Tech Assistant for First Christian Church, indicating a strong foundation in technical media production. Education includes Film and Media Studies at the University of California, Santa Barbara, complemented by prior studies at Allan Hancock College.
