Steve Sweeney is the Chief of Police for the City of Livermore, a position held since June 2007. Prior to this role, Steve served as Police Captain at the Livermore Police Department from June 1998 to September 2008. Steve Sweeney earned a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Public Management from California State University - East Bay between 1997 and 2000.
