Mps Johnisha Graham

Youth Community Crime Prevention Advocate at City of Little Rock

Johnisha Graham is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in community service, youth advocacy, and educational support. Currently serving as a Youth Community Crime Prevention Advocate for the City of Little Rock since September 2022, Johnisha focuses on developing and implementing programs aimed at reducing youth violence and crime. With a strong background in educational settings, Johnisha has worked as a Project Program Coordinator for the Little Rock School District since January 2017, monitoring grant compliance and providing support to at-risk youth facilities. Previous roles include leadership as a City Year Team Leader, correctional enforcement as a Correctional Officer with the Arkansas Department of Corrections, and impactful work as a Summer Camp Counselor for high-risk youth. Johnisha holds a Master of Public Service degree from the Clinton School of Public Service and a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from the University of Central Arkansas.
