Michelle Scoma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative roles and project management within municipal and educational settings. Since March 2018, Michelle has served as a Senior Administrative Analyst in the Engineering Department at the City of Lincoln, California, where responsibilities include overseeing budget management for construction projects and processing right-of-way permits. Prior to this, Michelle held various positions within the City of Lincoln, including Administrative Analyst roles and an Office Assistant position. Additional experience includes working as an Account Manager and Customer Service representative at Cavallini & Co., assisting as a teacher at Mills Montessori School, coordinating volunteer activities at San Francisco City Impact, and interning at KRON 4 News Station and IRIS Distribution, now known as The Orchard. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Education from San Francisco State University, awarded in 2014.
