Ranie Gray, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Analyst for the City of Lexington since July 2023. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at Southern Fasteners and Supply, Inc. from April 2017 to June 2023, and HR Manager at Goodwill Industries of Central North Carolina, Inc. from August 2014 to April 2017. Ranie began a career in human resources as a Benefits Designee/Payroll Coordinator at Abbotts Creek Center from January 2013 to August 2014, and previously worked as an HR/Payroll Coordinator at Piedmont Crossing from April 2006 to December 2012. Ranie holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
