RJ Corona serves as the Division Chief of Training and Safety at the Johnson County Fire Protection District since June 2012, with prior experience as a Lieutenant and Firefighter. In addition, RJ Corona has been working as a Fire Engineer Paramedic for the City of Lee's Summit since February 2017. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Homeland Security/Emergency Services Management from Columbia Southern University (2022-2023), a Paramedic License from Central Jackson County Fire Protection District (2018-2019), a Bachelor of Science in Fire Service Administration from Columbia Southern University (2015-2017), and an Associate of Applied Science in Fire Science Technology from Metropolitan Community College of Kansas City (2013-2015).
