Albert Leung currently serves as the Manager of Enterprise Systems and Analytics for the City of Leduc since January 2022. Prior to this role, Albert held various positions at the Government of Alberta from September 2003 to January 2022, including Senior Platform Services Analyst, where responsibility included leading a large-scale digital transformation project utilizing the ServiceNow platform and implementing an enterprise configuration management database (CMDB). Albert also worked as an Integration Specialist, providing solutions for application integration between PeopleSoft and SAP, as well as serving as a Service Continuity Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst, where tasks involved assessing application continuity and overseeing daily operations of analyst teams. Earlier in the career, Albert was a Systems Analyst at Capital Health, focusing on Business Objects Business Intelligence for the EPIC Electronic Health Record platform. Albert holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science from the University of Alberta, completed between 1998 and 2003.
