Melanie McDonough serves as the Chief Innovation and AI Officer for the City of Lebanon, New Hampshire, since June 2019, where responsibilities include promoting a culture of innovation, strategic planning for AI integration, and collaborating with city staff through training and participation in the Technology Review Committee. Previously, Melanie held various roles in Lebanon, including Chief Innovation Officer, where efforts focused on driving positive change and improvement, and Digital Media Officer, managing communications through digital platforms. Prior experience includes serving as a Web Administrator and IT Tech Assistant at Pennock Hill Consulting, Recording Secretary for the City of Lebanon, Owner/Operator of Bear River Yamaha, and an Internet Guide at About.com. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics at Southern New Hampshire University, Melanie possesses a diverse background in technology, operations, and communication.
