Nancy Bauder is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in art, public service, and non-profit management. As the owner of Bauder Arts since 2008, Nancy specializes in commissioned art, design, and wall murals, utilizing various mediums. In public service, Nancy has served on the City Commission of Leavenworth, Kansas since 2015, demonstrating leadership as Mayor in 2017 and 2020-2021, and being reelected for a third term in 2023. Further contributions include leadership roles at United Way of Leavenworth County, where Nancy directed initiatives to support community impact from 2011-2014 and 2020-2022, and as Executive Director for the Community Development Corporation of Leavenworth from 2007-2009. Nancy's background also includes risk management in healthcare, business management, and marketing, supported by a Master’s degree in Business & Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, and Medical Technology from Saint Mary College.
