Steven Harris is a Project Specialist at the City of Las Cruces since July 2022, bringing extensive experience in web design and development as a self-employed contractor since October 2015. Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP/MySQL has been demonstrated through the design and development of websites. Prior to this, Steven Harris operated as a self-employed contractor focused on remodeling from 1988 to 2008. Academic credentials include an Associate's degree in Web Page, Digital/Multimedia and Information Resources Design from Dona Ana Community College (2014-2016) and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Northern Arizona University (1980-1984).
