Joe Fleming CT has over two decades of experience in project inspection and construction materials technology. Since July 2000, Joe has served as a Project Inspector for the City of Las Cruces. Prior to this role, Joe worked as a Construction Materials Technician at Agra Earth and Environmental from 1997 to 2000 and at Southwest Engineering Inc. from 1992 to 1997. Joe holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Technology from New Mexico State University, earned between 1986 and 1992.
