Gail Estell has extensive experience in human resources and compliance, currently serving as Compliance Administrator and EEO/ADA Coordinator for the City of Las Cruces since March 2018. Prior to this role, Gail held the position of Senior Vice President of Administrative Services at Tresco Inc from September 1979 to September 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing administrative, human resources, staff development, and safety programs. Additionally, Gail worked as an Advanced Certified Facilitator at the University of Phoenix from September 2005 to February 2017, teaching various undergraduate and graduate courses. Gail holds both a Master’s degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management from Troy University.
