Javier Vasquez, currently working as Assistant Director of Information Services and Telecommunications at City of Laredo, brings a wealth of experience from their previous role as Network Administration Manager. Prior to that, Javier served as the Interim Director of Information Services and Telecommunications. Javier also has extensive experience as a System Analyst Sr. at Laredo Medical Center. Javier is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, adding to their Bachelor of Science in Network Operations and Security.
