Eddie Millan has been working for the City of Laredo since 2006 in the Parks Dept as a Pio. In addition, Eddie worked at the Laredo Chamber of Commerce as an Education Coordinator from January 2010 to December 2015. Eddie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from Southwest Texas State.
