Kathleen Abaied serves as the Head of Human Resources for the City of Lancaster since April 2016, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, Kathleen held the position of Human Resources Manager at NBCUniversal, Universal Studios from August 2013 to April 2016, and at the Dolby Theatre from June 2011 to August 2013. Kathleen's career in human resources began at WUI Structural Steel, where a tenure as Human Resources Manager lasted from January 2005 to April 2009, followed by a similar role at SC Steel Detailing from April 2009 to June 2011. Kathleen Abaied holds a graduate degree in Legal Studies from UCLA and an undergraduate degree in Communications from California State University, Bakersfield.
