Rebecca Geiser has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rebecca is currently the Deputy Director at the City of Lancaster, Pennsylvania since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health from February 2019 to April 2021. Rebecca also served as the REACCH Program Manager at UPMC Pinnacle, where they managed a team providing comprehensive medical care and HIV management for HIV patients in south central Pennsylvania from July 2014 to February 2019. Rebecca was also the Operations Manager and Grant writer at Church World Service from 2009 to 2014, and served as the Staff Development Coordinator and Peace Program Coordinator at Mennonite Central Committee from 2003 to 2007. Rebecca has experience in development and human resources, as they worked as the Director of Development and Human Resources at Emerald Youth Foundation from June 2000 to May 2003.
Rebecca Geiser obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology, General from Messiah University, where they attended from 1995 to 1999. Rebecca later pursued a Masters of Public Administration degree at Villanova University, from 2012 to 2014.
