Wes Childers is a skilled professional with extensive experience in both firefighting and construction management. Currently serving as a Firefighter for the City of Lake Worth since January 2023, Wes previously held various roles in notable construction firms, including Superintendent II at The Beck Group and Senior Project Engineer at Manhattan Construction Company. With a strong foundation in engineering and project management gained through positions at McCarthy Building Companies, Wes actively pursued the superintendent path while contributing to major projects such as the UCSF Parnassus facilities and the Kaiser Dublin Cancer Center. Wes's background also includes educational roles as a teaching assistant at the Oklahoma State University Child Development Laboratory and experience in first-aid response during large events. Educational achievements include degrees from Oklahoma State University and additional training at Tarrant County College and Unitek EMT.
