Kady Doelling is an accomplished City Administrator with extensive experience in public administration, budgeting, and fiscal management. Currently serving in various roles at the City of Lafayette, Colorado since May 2020, Kady has held positions including Interim City Administrator and Deputy City Administrator. Previously, Kady contributed to the City of Boulder from May 2013 to May 2020 as Executive Budget Officer, Business Services Manager, and Financial Analyst, focusing on aligning organizational strategy with budgeting goals. Kady's early career includes roles at the Town of Garner and the City of Thornton, Colorado, where budget analysis and management practices were key responsibilities. Kady holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Colorado Boulder.
