Lee Daniels is an experienced training coordinator currently serving the City of Kingsport since September 2018. Concurrently, Lee has been an instructional designer and developer at IDT since August 2012. Previously, Lee held positions as a professor of instructional technology at East Tennessee State University from August 2001 to August 2017 and as an assistant professor of educational technology at East Carolina University from August 1997 to June 2001. Lee earned a Ph.D. in instructional design from Virginia Tech between 1993 and 1996 and holds multiple degrees from Appalachian State University, including a master's degree in educational/instructional media design (1990-1993), a bachelor's degree in music education (1979-1983), and an ongoing master's degree in education since August 1993.
