Andrew Zagars currently serves as the City Engineer for the City of Killeen, Texas, a position held since August 2021. Prior experience includes roles as the Director of Public Works and City Engineer in the City of Mount Pleasant, and City Engineer in the City of Sammamish. Andrew began their career as a Development Review Engineer for the City of Shoreline and served as a Civil Engineer IV at the City of Shreveport for over a decade. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Engineering Technology and Management from Louisiana Tech University.
