Daniel Semere is a dedicated firefighter with extensive experience in emergency response, currently serving at the City of Katy since May 2019 and previously at the City of Houston from July 2018 to June 2019. Prior to their firefighting career, Daniel worked as a Crew Member for the Texas Conservation Corps at American Youthworks, where responsibilities included the chemical and physical removal of invasive species, restoration of native vegetation, erosion reduction through living shorelines, and monitoring the survival of planted species. Daniel holds a Bachelor's degree in Renewable Natural Resources from Texas A&M University, earned between 2013 and 2016.
