Teresa Rotschafer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector finance and administration. As the President of Tomorrow’s Solutions for Public Sector Employers since November 2023, Teresa provides consulting services to the Iowa League of Cities and various municipalities, focusing on finance, human resources, budget management, labor relations, and internal investigations. Additionally, Teresa has served as the Finance Director for the City of Johnston, Iowa, since November 2005. Teresa holds a Master of Public Administration from Drake University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Graceland University.
