Allen Quynn, PE, is a highly experienced Senior Stormwater Engineer with a robust background in civil and environmental engineering. Currently employed at the City of Issaquah since November 2018, Allen manages stormwater capital improvement projects and ensures compliance with relevant codes. Prior to this role, Allen served as an Associate Engineer at the City of Rancho Cordova, overseeing the Stormwater Quality Program, and as a Civil Engineer III at the City of Renton, where notable achievements included a significant storm system improvement project. Previous experience also includes engineering roles at Whitman, Requardt & Associates, focusing on flood control structures, and serving as an Auxiliaries/Communications Officer in the US Navy. Allen holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Washington State University and a B.S. in Physical Oceanography from the University of Washington.
