Ian Criss is currently serving as the Digital Communications Coordinator for the City of Irving since March 2023. Prior to this role, Criss worked as a Multimedia Journalist at The E.W. Scripps Company from August 2022 to March 2023, and also held a similar position at Sinclair Broadcast Group from March 2020 to March 2022. Criss began a career with Sinclair Broadcast Group as a News Photographer from June 2018 to June 2019 and gained initial experience as a Reporter for Big Red Sports Network (formerly ESPN3)/Lamar Video between January 2018 and June 2019. Criss earned a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from Lamar University, completing studies there from 2015 to 2018.
