Kellie Marchbanks has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Kellie started their career as an Elementary School Teacher in the Chino Unified School District in 2018, where they worked until June 2020. Following that, they joined New Century Public Charter Schools as an Elementary School Teacher from August 2020 to August 2021. In 2021, they joined Orange Unified School District as an Elementary School Teacher. In addition to their teaching roles, Kellie also worked as a Community Services Leader III for the City of Irvine since November 2011.

Kellie Marchbanks completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies at California State University, Long Beach from 2014 to 2016. In 2020, they pursued a Master's degree in Educational Learning and Technology at Western Governors University.
