Rev. Jay DeBeir holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Master of Arts in Theology and an MBA. Currently serving as Associate Pastor at Peace Lutheran Church and Police Chaplain for the City of Hurst, Rev. DeBeir has a diverse background in both ministry and healthcare leadership. Previous roles include Visitation Pastor at Lord of Life Lutheran Church LCMS, Vacancy Pastor at Ebenezer Lutheran Church, and Interim Executive for Behavioral Health at Horizon Health Corporation. Rev. DeBeir also served as Executive Vice President and COO of Lutheran Hour Ministries, leading a $30 million global ministry. With extensive experience in strategy, operations, and team management across various organizations, Rev. DeBeir demonstrates a strong commitment to impactful leadership and community service.
