Jessica Steinhart currently serves as the Director of Population Health for Ascension Medical Group in Southeast and Mid Michigan, overseeing population health strategies across six counties. In addition, Jessica acts as a City Commissioner for Huntington Woods, working to represent citizens and influence municipal policy. Previously, Jessica held the role of Director of Market Operations at Strive Health, leading operations for the Detroit Kidney Care initiative, and served as Director of Population Health at Ascension Medical Group Southeast Michigan. Jessica's earlier experience includes managing ambulatory care initiatives at Staten Island Performing Provider System and directing patient-centered medical home strategies at NYC Health + Hospitals. Jessica holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Anthropology from Haverford College.
