Kelly Frazier has a robust background in administrative support within various departments of the City of Houston, having served as an Administrative Specialist since July 2014, and additionally in the Mayor's Office since July 2019. In conjunction with these roles, Frazier has been an Executive Office Assistant at the Houston Police Department since April 2010 and held the position of Admin Associate from 2004 to 2010. Frazier earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix between 2013 and 2015 and has prior education from the University of Houston-Downtown during the years 1994 to 1996.
