Sharlene Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in transformation services and business strategy. Currently serving as Executive Director of Transformation Services at City of Hope since March 2020, Sharlene has also held several roles at Accenture from June 2013 to March 2020, advancing from Business Strategy Consultant to Senior Manager. Additional experience includes a position on the Board of Directors at Libertas College Preparatory Charter School and roles as a Graduate Career Counselor at the University of Pennsylvania and Student Achievement Manager at Success Academy Charter Schools. Sharlene began a career in finance as an Investment Banking Analyst at J.P. Morgan and completed an internship at Barclays Capital. Sharlene holds an MBA from The Wharton School, a BA from Harvard University, and a certificate in Leading with Analytics-Powered Strategy from Northwestern University.
