Megan Cherry is an experienced administrative professional with a background in music education and audience development. Currently serving as an Administrative Program Specialist for the City of Highland Park since August 2022, Megan previously held roles such as Lake Forest & Lincolnshire Campus Director and Administrative Assistant at the Music Institute of Chicago, where responsibilities included student enrollment, faculty communication, and customer service. Additional experience encompasses Audience Development Manager for Lakeview Orchestra, String Program Manager for Merit School of Music, and various internships focused on arts administration. Megan holds a Master of Science in Leadership for Creative Enterprises from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Music in Music Composition from Illinois Wesleyan University.
