Robin Carney is an experienced firefighter and paramedic with a diverse background in emergency medical services and lifeguarding. Currently serving as a firefighter for the City of Hibbing since December 2020, Robin previously worked as a paramedic at Lakeview Hospital and as a firefighter/first responder in North St. Paul. Additional experience includes roles as head lifeguard at Camp Shamineau Bible Camp and in various EMT and lifeguard positions. Robin's early career involved an internship with Maplewood Fire Department and work as a personal care attendant. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Health Services and Ministry from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul and an Associate of Science in EMS-Paramedic from Inver Hills Community College.
