Kenneth Bales is an experienced professional in public administration and transit operations, currently serving as a Senior Management Analyst for the City of Hermosa Beach since May 2024. Prior to this role, Kenneth worked as a Transit Operations Analyst for the City of Culver City from February 2021 to May 2024, and as a Senior Finance Analyst at WASH Multifamily Laundry Systems from October 2020 to February 2021. Kenneth's career in public service began at the City of Santa Monica, where various positions included Assistant Administrative Analyst and Administrative Intern across multiple departments from June 2014 to June 2020 and from June 2013 to August 2013, respectively. Kenneth holds a Master of Public Administration in Urban Affairs from California State University, Long Beach, and a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Public Relations from California State University-Dominguez Hills.
