Dan Cortese, M.A., serves as the Environmental Services Manager for the City of Hemet since January 2007 and holds multiple leadership roles including President of Valley Community Pantry since January 2020 and Public Image Chair for Rotary District 5330 since July 2021. Cortese is also an Advisory Board Member at T.H.E. Center Inc. since January 2022 and previously served as President of The Rotary Club of Hemet from July 2019 to February 2022. Academically, Cortese earned a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from California Baptist University (2018-2019), a Bachelor of Business Management with a focus on Public Administration from the University of Phoenix (2009-2012), and a Graduate Certificate in Environmental Management from Columbia Southern University (2015-2017), along with relevant certifications in fire science.
