GINO MESSINA is an experienced Public Safety Telecommunicator at Dakota 911 since August 2006, responsible for processing emergency and non-emergency calls for a population exceeding 300,000. GINO also serves as a Communications Training Officer, training new employees in this critical role. As Chairperson of the Planning Commission for the City of Hastings MN since January 2017, GINO contributes to local governance. Prior experience includes Driver Trainer and Motor Coach Operator at Northfield Lines, Inc., Command Post Supervisor at Contemporary Services Corporation, and 911 Supervisor at Waukesha County Communications. GINO holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and an Associate of Arts degree from Normandale Community College.
