Courtenay Jackson is the North Hartford Promise Zone and My Brother's Keeper Administrator for the City of Hartford since October 2016, managing a White House initiative that aims to enhance neighborhood revitalization through job creation, housing access, educational opportunities, public safety, and health outcomes. Previously, Courtenay served as the Senior Director of Programs at the Urban League of Greater Hartford from February 2011 to October 2017, overseeing daily operations and driving workforce programs. Courtenay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Nichols College, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
