Timothy Mullins is a Technology Support Specialist with experience at the City of Harrisonburg, VA, since April 2023. Timothy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville between 2017 and 2020, having attended Blinn College from 2015 to 2017.
